ONLINE WORKSHOPS | We will be offering different online workshops this semester ranging from RAWC Talk seminars to Q&A's with fitness specialists. They will all be offered through Zoom over the course of the semester. You won't want to miss these workshops.
FUNDAMENTAL MOVEMENT SERIES
These workshops are designed to teach you the basic movements that is the foundation of all human motion. Whether you are training for sport or for health, learning the right technique will ensure you minimize the risk of injuries and get the most out of your workout.
RAWC TALK
Join us as we talk all things recreation, athletics, and wellness! We will do a deep dive into how to maximize the effectiveness of your workout by optimizing your recovery. We will discuss the latest research and techniques to prevent overtraining, optimize sleep habits, and make sure your nutrition is supporting getting you so you are ready for your next workout.

VIRTUAL YOGA 🌱| We are offering many yoga instructional classes this semester for all experience levels. Some equipment is required (can be replaced with household items).
INTRODUCTION TO YOGA
Join our Intro to Yoga program and learn the foundational movements. Participants will learn the yoga postures, breath work and meditation skills to start a personal practice and continue to participate in our virtual group fitness program.

INTRODUCTION TO INVERSIONS
Get upside down with our Intro to Inversions - Part 1 workshop and learn the basics of an inversion practice and how to get safety started. Pre-requisite: Intro to Yoga recommended.

INTRODUCTION TO RESTORATIVE YOGA
Feeling tired or overwhelmed? Join our Intro to Restorative Yoga Program and learn the core postures necessary to achieve deep relaxation. This class uses props including pillows, blankets, and blocks (or books).

UTM Intramurals is excited to announce the first Champions of the Fall 2019 season! Munchen Maniacs and The Invincibles faced off in a exciting UTM Intramurals Outdoor Soccer match yesterday at North Field. It was an exciting game between the both teams but there could only be one champion! Congratulations to Munchen Maniacs for winning the Fall 2019 Outdoor Soccer League!
