Chris Horsman stopped by DCC this week and was excited to find the 1994 All‑Ontario Mixed Bantam Championship banner with his name and photo still hanging, sparking a rush of memories from his days commuting from Brampton to play at DCC. As we celebrate our 70th Anniversary this season, we’ll be highlighting photos and memories just like this one, shared by our community.

Every champion starts somewhere — and for many, it’s right here on Sunday mornings at Dixie Curling Centre!
Our Little Rocks (ages 5–11) program offers a fun, safe, and interactive introduction to curling. With helmets on and smiles wide, kids learn the basics of the sport through games, drills, and teamwork — all while having a blast on the ice.
For older youth, our Juniors (ages 12–18) program builds on those fundamentals with more advanced skills, strategy, and gameplay. Whether your child is brand new or returning for another season, they’ll find a welcoming environment to learn, grow, and connect with fellow curlers.
