This is the girls squad! From 6-7 on Tuesdays we have a girls only Gi class. This class is meant to have a break from hard training with the boys, this gives them the opportunity for more isolated drilling💗💗 •

Our youngest competitor. Noah is a kid that’s got s***k, his competitive nature and controlled aggression is something that is very hard to replicate. Both Austin and I try to implement that in every one of our students from ages 5-14

Hardest part of teaching these kids is keeping them in one place long enough for a picture. It’s a work in progress…
