Most athletes stay “on” all day.
Training, stress, phones, stimulation…

Proud to deliver the Athlete Performance Program with the U18s — a great way to finish the year. Working with a club I once played for makes this experience even more meaningful.

This program goes beyond physical training. It focuses on building mental resilience, creating strong daily habits around sleep and nutrition, and showing athletes how to use routines to their advantage rather than seeing them as limitations. I help players understand how small, consistent actions compound into long-term performance and confidence.

A key part of the program is learning how to deal with pressure in high-level sport. We reframe pressure as a privilege and a tool — something to lean into, not avoid. Athletes learn practical strategies to stay composed, focused, and turn demanding moments into fuel instead of stress.
