We all go through phases in our life when we may not be confident or happy with our bodies or our progress! ❀️

But we all possess the ability to change our mindset... Focus more on how far you have come and what our bodies actually do for us every day πŸ₯° no matter what phase we are in πŸ’•

REMINDER ‼️

If we all ate and exercised exactly the same way we would all still look very different 😊

A 5 foot 2 person at 135 pounds will look very different from a 5 foot 6 person even if they have the exact and plans!

Don't aim to look like someone else. It will always lead to disappointment. Always aim to be a better version of yourself πŸ™‚

Something hits different when you turn 45 😭

I have made it another year around the β˜€οΈ

But in all seriousness it's a blessing to age but for us woman it is also difficult to see those body changes and a few news wrinkles added each year 😁

I am very to have the life I have πŸ₯°

So far no fillers or botox in this face just healthy eating, collagen sups and some great skincare products πŸ’ž

It works on functional movement so you can properly perform the exercises and get the most out of them.
It also focuses on mobility work so you can recover faster, work on muscle imbalances and train in a controlled and safe environment.
Its a 12 week COMMITMENT and I want you to commit with me!
This is unlike any other program out there. 45 mins a day, 6 days a week for 12 weeks.
Typically I prefer 30 min workouts but adding the extra time in your workout to properly stretch your muscles before and after a workout is KEY!
