This is Grand Master Cees Keukens throwing a jumping side kick, reaching the head of another person. Every time I see this picture, I think to myself, this guy must have been crazy good back in his day! 😂

Next time you see GM Cees in the gym, say hello and pick his brain! There’s a lifetime of martial arts knowledge and experience to learn from. You never know what valuable lesson you might walk away with.

Behind these pictures are years of dedication, experience, and a deep passion for Taekwondo. As the founder of the Cees Keukens School of Taekwondo, GM Cees has dedicated himself to developing skilled martial artists, competitive athletes, and strong leaders.

Today, he continues to pass on his knowledge and experience to the next generation, teaching values that go far beyond the mat.

At Ferrer Karate Academy, we’re proud to share the mat with GM Cees!

🇨🇴 ONE WARRIOR. ONE BIG STAGE. ONE TEAM BEHIND HIM.

Lio is heading to Colombia to represent Team Canada at the XVII Pan American Games of ITF Taekwon-Do!

From Ferrer Karate Academy to the international stage, we’re proud to see Lio take on this challenge. The whole FKA family will be cheering him on from back home!

Let’s go Lio!

The work behind the performance happens when nobody’s watching.

This group just clicks. The chemistry, teamwork, and energy they bring make every practice that much better.

Our Demo Team at The Lab. Huge thanks to Red Dawn Martial Arts for the awesome space!

As parents, we want more for our kids than just learning how to kick and punch.

We want them to be confident, respectful, disciplined, and able to handle the ups and downs that life throws their way.

Your trial is over, now the real training begins!

“There is no bathroom!” 😂

If you feel like giving up.

Keep pushing. Keep fighting. Keep believing in yourself.
