Today is a gift! My good friend Steve and I participated in GR***DE CANADA's Dead-Hang Competition. Steve went first and took first place on the leader board which was 1:44 seconds before his attempt. I went next and was able to pull a 2:07 second hang while fasted. Not bad for a young whipper snapper like myself! I received a pair of Gr***de sunglasses and some Gr***de protein bars for my effort, as well as my name on the leader board and the Gr***de website. Today is a gift! - TWIN

It is my mission to show others that it's possible to truly be free. Freedom is the natural evolution of my journey. I've become the living proof that a state of high vibrance and freedom from the illusion of stress is an achievable state of being, not a momentary mood swing. However, one must realize that this requires disciplinary measures. These are not harsh punishments, but rather the intentional, daily practices—like radical presence, consistent introspection, and only showing up when you can be fully present—that maintain one's elevated state. They are the actions that support the being. Checked out the 2026 Canadian International Autoshow over the weekend. I had hoped to see some of the new EV vehicles coming out of China that Canada will supposedly have access to. If there were any, I didn't come across them. Nonetheless, here are a few of the vehicles that caught my eye.

Here is a Truth that few will confirm, and many will deny. "NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE!" In this reality, I now realize, with absolute certainty, that "I KNOW NOTHING!" I am the Observer, and the observed. I am a success, and I am a failure. I am limited, and I AM LIMITLESS! I am open to all possibilities and outcomes, and attached to none. What you believe is your truth! As Henry Ford was famously quoted as saying, "Whether you think you can, or you think you can't, you're right!"
