Starting off the week with highlighting these two for representing Lacrosse New Brunswick and the U13 Female Lacrosse team for 2026. Congrats again to Lila MacDonald and Sawyer Baisley for all of your hard work throughout the year and for making the provincial team, we're all proud of you girls.

Today we recognize our 3 Codiac Storm Lacrosse athletes that made the Lacrosse New Brunswick U13 team this year. Congrats again to Jackson Lord, Emile Roy and Adrian Armsworthy for all of your hard work and making the provincial team, we're all proud of you.

And that's a wrap on our 2026 Box Lacrosse season here in Moncton. From our U7 players to the return of our U22 Junior B Mavericks. I want to thank all the coaches, managers and volunteers throughout the season for helping it be another successful one. Happy to have our older players from U15 and up really step up and give back in coaching throughout the season too. This season saw our U13's play in a league championship throughout the season with The Cyclones finishing with a 4-2 record while the Thunder and Lightning finished with 2-3-1 records.

It's a win and stay in as the Moncton Mavericks Junior B Lacrosse team plays Game 2 in a Best of 3 Series against the Island Oaks in the East Coast Junior Lacrosse League Junior B playoffs.

Game time is at 1PM at the Kay Arena
Adults $5
Seniors & Youth - $2

Fun Friday of Lacrosse yesterday, The U13's went 1-1 with a close loss where it was tied 2-2 in the 3rd and then a big come from behind 6-5 win. The U15's had a tough loss in game 1 then tied game 2. The U15's unfortunately lost in the Quarterfinals this morning to end their Provincial Championship hopes. Our U13's play their Quarterfinals game at 5pm today at the York Arena in Fredericton

Reminder that our registration for the 2026 Codiac Storm Lacrosse Sixes Field season is officially open! We are looking forward to another fun and action-packed season of lacrosse outdoors for our U13 and U15 age groups(2012-2015 Born) in Greater Moncton. Once again we will be at the Moncton High Turf Field and this year will have some great coaches joining us that have represented Lacrosse NB at the Field Nationals.

Field Times begin July 7th and run for the month during the evening on the following days
Tuesdays, Thursdays and some Sunday

Included in the registration is a team jersey that they player gets to keep with a number. Jersey number selection will be based on registration order - register early for the best selection!

Another season of our Codiac Varsity Boys Field Lacrosse has come to an end. The 2026 season finished with the Trojans pulling off the unprecedented 4-peat. This season saw 5 teams compete for the title with the Trojans, Olympiens, Highlanders, Cavaliers and Royals all fielding teams. As one season ends, we're looking forward to 2027 where we can hopefully see the Purple Knights and Matadors return. If you would like to help bring these programs back, we would love to hear from you and assist you in doing so. Thank you to all the players, coaches, managers and volunteers for putting on such a great season.
