Hi Everyone,

I hope everyone is staying safe and healthy during this time! I know many of you are used to going to group exercise a couple of times a week, and at this time, this is not possible. A workout app that I enjoy is offering the app for free for 30 days, if you are looking for a way to stay active at home! It is called Tone It Up! It has a variety of workouts and has meditations and yoga as well! Most of the workouts are 20-30 minutes and can be done with body weight, b***y bands, and/or free weights.

I hope everyone is doing well and taking care of themselves! I look forward to seeing you all again :)

CEPS class:

I just received an email that CEPS has closed for an undetermined period of time, and that all classes are done for the winter session. I want to thank you all for coming out this semester, and hope you all enjoyed the class!! I apologize that it is cut short, but hope everyone stays healthy and hope to see you all again soon! 😊

CEPS class:

As a precaution, class we be cancelled for two weeks. I will post again once we are closer to March 28th with any updates!

Salisbury class:
Until further notice, all community use of schools in AESD have been cancelled immediately due to the current health situation.

Please keep an eye on this post for updates about tonight’s class (February 28th) There is no custodian at SES, so we are trying to find another location. I will update as soon as I know!
