A secret… my career was thriving but I wasn’t and unsure why. Then life turned upside down. We lost our first born, baby boy Carter, to a stillbirth at 38 weeks pregnant.

Grief changes you. When I returned to the corporate world something was off more so than before. There was this feeling of “this is not me”.

I left my job for one that had the deliberate flexibility I could set out on the adventure of finding the answers to “who am I?”, “what is it I am meant to do in this world?”.

I studied theta-healing, grief recovery, neuro-linguistic programming, and autopoetic facilitation. The path was paved with self-discovery, getting clear, tuning in, dismantling beliefs, building boundaries, and embodying my truth. This is now how I navigate my everyday.
