Mark your calendars for these upcoming events! On Thursday, August 6th, Shihan Ray will be holding his first class of the month for all members at Centennial Park from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM. Then on Saturday, August 8th, join us for our Beach Clinic at Les Dunes de Bouctouche, the kids' session runs from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, followed by the adult session from 11:15 AM to 2:00 PM. Finally, our Black Belt Pre-Test is set for Sunday, August 23rd. This is mandatory for all green, brown, and black belt students testing this year or next year. If you can't make it for the August 23rd date, a make-up session will be held on a Saturday morning in January from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM for a cool outdoor winter workout!

Tomorrow is the big day! We are so excited for our special seminar with Canadian MMA legend Georges St-Pierre, hosted by Sensei Keith Tanton in PEI. Best of all, this amazing event is a fundraiser supporting their local BGC (Boys and Girls Club)!

• Registration kicks off right at 11:00 a.m.
• Bring your gi
• Don't forget your running shoes and a water bottle to stay hydrated.
• No spectators will be allowed.

Mark your calendars! The very popular Beach Clinic is happening on August 8th! This year, Shihan Ray has added a kids' session from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m., followed by the regular beach clinic starting at 11:10 a.m. Get ready for some fun in the sun, water, and sand at Les Dunes de Bouctouche. Osu!
