ACRO Yoga Greater Moncton

June has us LIT up. On top of our regularly scheduled programming (every Sunday) we also have a few workshops ultimately leading us up to the third annual .acro.festival 🤸🏻🤸🏻🤸🏻 (our little baby)

When we do workshops hosted at different locations, sometimes the sign-up requirements are different. If you have any questions, you can always send us a DM and we can send you direct links to pre-register or let you know the next steps!

Atlantic Acro festival is three days long we do so a three day pass that has accommodations included. However, if you can’t make the entire weekend, we do have single day (3 workshops) or single workshop options

REMINDER: in the summer we are OUTDOORS weather permitting ☀️ but when we are indoors we will still be at .jiujitsu

First class: $5
Drop in: $15
5 class punch pass: $50 (best value-doesn’t expire)

Join Abby and Sara for a beginner-friendly introduction to acro yoga- a playful, partner-based practice that blends balance, movement, and connection.

This workshop is designed for anyone who’s curious to try something new. No experience or partner is needed. We’ll guide you through the basics step by step, including foundational poses, communication, and simple partner skills in a supportive and welcoming environment.

What to expect:
• A mix of solo and partner warm-ups
• Foundational acro poses and progressions
• Emphasis on safety, communication, and having fun

🕕 6:00–6:30 pm – Come hang out and shop at Maritime Women
🤸🏻 6:30–8:00 pm – Intro to Acro Yoga Workshop
🍽 Optional group dinner after

While this event is hosted in collaboration with Maritime Women, everyone is welcome to attend (including men)
