Position: Maintenance Services Manager

Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time
Work Schedule: 40 hours per week (Early Morning, Evening)
As a Maintenance Services Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of our facilities. Your key responsibilities will include:
Supervision and Coordination: Oversee and coordinate maintenance activities to ensure the smooth operation of the facility.
Maintenance Planning: Develop and implement maintenance policies, procedures, and schedules.
Team Management: Manage and supervise a team of maintenance staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
Inspections and Repairs: Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure timely repairs.
Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities, including work orders, inspections, and repairs.
Budget Management: Prepare and manage the maintenance budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
Vendor Management: Liaise with external contractors and vendors for specialized maintenance and repairs.
Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards, promoting a safe working environment.
Emergency Response: Develop and implement emergency response plans for maintenance-related incidents.
