Un bon étirement avant l'entraînement améliorera la souplesse des articulations et la mobilité du corps, jouera un rôle dans l'amélioration des performances sportives 🤸♂, et en même temps réduira le risque de blessure 🤩
1️⃣L'image suivante est recommandée pour certains exercices d'étirement dynamique, tels que les fentes et les sorties de planche.
2️⃣L'étirement statique avant l'exercice est controversé et certaines études ont montré qu'il est négatif pour la performance de l'exercice. Si l'entraînement nécessite plus de flexibilité, essayez des étirements statiques de courte durée (moins de 45 secondes).

Muay Thai: A sport known for its strength and agility. Mainly use two fists, legs, elbows and knees.It fully combines anaerobic and aerobic exercise. One hour of Muay Thai can consume about 700-800 calories, and it can also enhance the flexibility and coordination.

What is athletic therapy?
Athletic therapy-mainly use professional rehabilitation techniques to solve common muscle strain, muscle strain, skeletal muscle injury and so on. It has a good therapeutic and preventive effect on shoulder, neck and lumbar spine pain. The goal is to help customers resume their daily activities or return to the game.
OUIFIT currently has three professional athletic therapists: Li, Stephaine and Amanda. Our athletic therapist will arrange some exercises that can be done at home according to everyone's personal situation to consolidate the treatment effect and recommend.

Today we are introducing one of our staff - Amanda! 🎉🎉
Amanda earned her certification in Athletic Therapy in 2019 after completing her degree at Concordia University. Since then, she has worked with various types of clients, from elite youth hockey players to the everyday athlete. She is passionate about fitness and loves educating clients about their body and how to move efficiently. She uses a combination of manual and exercise therapy to help patients with their pain and injuries. Whether you are dealing with chronic neck or back pain, or recovering from any injury, Amanda will work with you to relieve your pain and get you stronger than ever.
Amanda a obtenu sa certification en Thérapie du sport en 2019 après avoir complété son baccalauréat à l’Université Concordia. Depuis, elle a travaillé avec une clientèle diverse, incluant des jeunes joueurs d’hockey élite et des athlètes récréatifs. Elle est passionnée de la santé physique et aime renseigner ses clients sur le fonctionnement de leur corps et sur la cause des blessures. Elle utilise des techniques manuelles ainsi que des exercices pour aider ses patients avec leurs douleurs et blessures. Si vous vivez avec une douleur chronique au cou ou au dos, ou si vous récupérez d’une blessure quelconque, Amanda saura vous aider à réduire vos douleurs et à devenir plus fort que jamais.
