I always educate my clients to not only look at the number that they see on the scale for progress, Good example here AUGUST 15 2018: 168,9 lbs , NOVEMBER 26 2018: 167,1 some will think they only lost 1 lbs in the last 3 months but let's analyze my client's results From 28,2 lbs of fat to 19,8 lbs that takes him from 16,8% of body fat to 11,8%, From 80 lbs of lean muscle mass to 84 lbs This is why InBody USA is the best thing on the market as a MUST HAVE as a TRAINER big S/O to another prime time warrior 💯💪🏿🙌🏿 @ Prime Time Training Studio
