Meet B.O.B. (Body Opponent Bag) β my sparring partner! π₯ Been part of the Abelian family since 2013. It was actually the first thing I bought to kickstart my MMA adventure. Fresh, flavorful, and protein-packed! π±π Enjoy this Pomegranate & Spinach Salad with grilled chicken strips β perfect for a healthy and delicious meal. π₯

Ingredients:
6 cups fresh spinach leaves (about 180g)
1 cup pomegranate seeds (about 170g)
1/2 cup thinly sliced red onion (about 60g)
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese (about 60g)
1/4 cup chopped walnuts (about 30g)
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 300g)
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Grill or pan-fry until fully cooked, about 6-7 minutes per side. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes, then slice into strips.
In a large salad bowl, combine the spinach leaves, pomegranate seeds, red onion, feta cheese, walnuts, and chicken strips.
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.
Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
