I have about 2-4 inches I think before I land my left side, front split!
I’m crawling like a 🦎on the fourth one 🤣
❓Do you have your splits?
If so how long did it take you?
I began about a year or so. I train and do yoga 3 times a week, sometimes more, sometimes less.
Do you wanna learn the splits?
Well, here’s some tips!
☀️You do not have to be a certain weight or "fit" to be able to the splits. Just happy-healthy❤️ so start today!
☀️Don’t bounce on your static stretches.
☀️Include more dynamic stretchs.
☀️As much patience and love on your journey as possible.
☀️Love your body and thank it for all it does for you.
☀️At the end of day all that matters are the little things so enjoy every step as much as you can.

Tempo is KEY to your fitness goals!
