Are you a PSYCHOPATH?
Girl, I hope not. Can't be fun to be one.
Here's the thing: only psychopaths don't care what others think about them.
And unless you are trying to become one (a psychopath I mean), of course you will care what others think about you.
Because girl, we are wired for interconnection and interdependence.
I'm so sick and tired to hear everywhere how we should not give a damn. It's such an extreme point of view.
And those who really know me, know I can't stand extremes. I find them really dangerous.
I do LOVE common sense and living in harmony with myself and those I care about.
Should you care about what everyone thinks about you?
Definitely not! That would be also extreme.
Instead, ask yourself:
🤷♀️ Whose people opinions should I care about?
⚖ How much should I care?
Take a moment to reflect on these questions and try to come up with an as detailed answer as possible (clarity is key). It will help you the next time you find yourself in a situation where you are not sure how to react to other people's opinions.

Hey badass!
How many times did you tried to reach a goal, and you couldn’t even get yourself to get started?
I hear you.
Here are 5 steps to effectively sett goals for yourself:
1️⃣ You need to get clear on WHAT the goal is. Get as specific as possible. The more specific you are, the better.
For example, saying something like I want to lose weight is not a goal, is more of a desire. Desires are nice and important to have, but they don’t get you results unless they become goals.
So, instead of saying “I want to lose wight” (aka desire), go with “I want to lose 10 pounds by Christmas” (aka goal). Make sure that your goal is attainable and realistic, otherwise you will end up frustrated.
2️⃣ This is SUPER IMPORTANT: WHY do you even want to lose 10 pounds in the first place? What motivates you? Is it pressure from your spouse for looking a certain way (aka external motivation) or is it because you want to feel good in your own body (aka internal motivation).
Here’s the thing: internal motivations are way more powerful than external motivations and will be your driving force in the LONG RUN.
3️⃣ HOW will you achieve your goal?
What do you have to do in order to achieve your goal?
Will you go to the gym? Or workout from home?
Do you need an accountability partner or you are confident you can do it on your own?
What kind of workouts do you enjoy most and know you are more likely to do?
How many workouts per week?
Get as clear as possible.
4️⃣ WHEN will you actually do it? It’s all nice to plan, but your action plan will not execute itself. You need to SCHEDULE the action steps (workouts,…) into your agenda/calendar to increase your chances of actually doing them and ultimately accomplish your goal.

5️⃣ START ASAP. Don’t lose the momentum! You’ve got yourself an action plan, you scheduled your action steps and now is all about DOING IT. It’s better to start with a micro action right away than to plan a big ass action for let’s say next week!
