This is my favorite post-upper body stretch.

To add extra stretching when needed, simply place the towel over the back of your head and slowly nod.

Be careful, at the end of the stretch, slowly release the towel with your upper hand first.

Perform this stretch slowly! If you cannot reach the towel, simply get a longer one and work your way from there.

🔨Hammer curls 💪🏽- A big part of giving your biceps a rounder and voluminous shape. This exercise targets the outer head of the biceps. Getting them done will maximize your arm strength and will also improve your grip strength. Never skip this one on arms day! Get to it!!
