ps I like the act of taking charge of my wellness and believe there are many doors to well being. I am a permaculturist in germination and am working on taming and cultivating my own edible forest in an urban environment. With the amazing help of volunteers of Transition NDG I have designed and am running 2 Incredible Edible food to share gardens in the streets of Montreal. For 7 years my friend Wendi and I have run a project called thebreadline NDG (on FB) where we teach anyone interested in the beauty of sourdough bread, pasta , baguettes, pizza, etc. We also have free active bubbly starter to share - always :)
