No one cares, work harder
Normally itβs Tempo run on Wednesday but I have to switch my training schedule around this week so today I hit the gym. It had been a minute since my last gym sesh but it felt good to workout surrounded by other souls.
LETS GET IT!
After a nice shoulder workout I finished with the following.
ππΌ5 ROUNDS
ππΌ EVERY 4 MINUTES
1. 15 cal rows
2. 10 box jumps
3. 10 burpees
ππΌ REST FOR REMAINDER OF THE 4 MINUTES. REPEAT 5 TIMES.
As much as I love working out in my dungeon. Having access to some equipment I donβt have at home is nice π

5. 12-15 KB tricep extensions
6. 10 KB halos + overhead press
