🏆🔥 Our Summer Shred Challenge starts in just 1 week, and this is exactly the type of training we focus on to help moms build strength, confidence, and visible results.

Most moms don’t need more workouts.

They need a better plan.

The reason so many women struggle to see results is because they jump from workout to workout without focusing on the fundamentals.

A strong core.
Strong glutes.
Strong legs.
Consistent strength training.

Every exercise in this workout was chosen for a reason.

Core activation helps improve stability and control.

Glute focused movements target some of the largest muscles in the body, helping build strength and support overall body composition.

Hamstring training improves lower body strength and balance.

Lunges challenge coordination and stability while training multiple muscle groups at once.

Triceps work helps strengthen and define the arms.

I honestly don’t even know where to start…🥹

We have tears in our eyes.

Wow.

To some people, this may seem like a small thing. To us, it’s one of those moments that reminds you why you never gave up.

Back in 2018, we started this journey with one mission: to create a place where moms felt supported, empowered, and understood throughout their postpartum journey.

We started small with only a handful of clients and a big vision.

Year after year, we continued showing up, helping moms heal their core, rebuild their confidence, get stronger, and feel like themselves again.

Today, we’ve helped thousands of women and built a community with over 100 specialized classes designed specifically for women.

So seeing GymOrca recognized as the number one postpartum gym in Montréal honestly feels surreal.

As we grew, I was fortunate to partner with Florence, whose leadership, dedication, and passion helped take GymOrca to another level. Together, we continued building something much bigger than we ever imagined.
