Traces of our Balance Pilates series for runners from the past 7 weeks.
Amongst the chill poses and power poses, we learnt to connect our mind and movement together in new and supportive ways. We transitioned together from winter to spring, and hopefully left you feeling renewed as we start the running season.
We’re grateful to all of you who took part in the class. As always thank you for making time for us and for yourselves. Stay tuned, we’ll be running it back… 🌳🧘☀️

Overheard someone say “Can’t believe I did that!”. Might have been all of us. 60 bottles of prosecco or double it and give it to the next person? The tents keep multiplying. Note to self: walkies for the spotters. The bread restock came through. Heavy “YOU GET A BELL” energy. Chat says “No place like a home marathon”. ⠀
⠀
continues to be something special.⠀
⠀
Runners be proud. Keep amazing us. ⠀
⠀
Thanks to each of you who showed up. This is the way.⠀
