PRM breaks down a powerful exercise using the resistance wheel to keep Athena (QB) in perfect rhythm before she throws.

The Drill Breakdown ⚙️
• Dynamic Movement: Athena moves forward, backward, and laterally, rotating her body to stay in a constant flow.
• The “Rhythm” Test: Constant tension in the rope indicates she is maintaining perfect rhythm throughout the rotation.
