๐ง๐ฝโโ๏ธ9 postures I love to do in order to release neck, shoulders, hips and back tensions created by desk work posture. ๐ช
๐ During this Covid19 pandemic a lot of people are required to work from home without having a very ergonic setup. Therefore our muscles get tensed in ways that we probably never experienced. Computer or any office work can impact our posture in the long term. ๐ค
So let's make sure we get moving after a few hours and/or meditate to alleviate those tensions and increase our focus. โฐ This short sequence can be done in 10min and you might want to add some of your favorite yoga postures to make it a longer break! The most important is to have fun with it ๐ your body and mind will thank you later.

I thought it would be a challenge to keep meditating every day after completing my YTT200 in Costa Rica. It was such an inspiring place for meditation... the outdoor and indoor studios were so peaceful and magical!
Thanks to the Insight Timer App I was able to continue practicing after returning home. I integrated meditation to my morning routine right away, before I shower, eat or talk to anyone. This new habit enables me to start the day with a more positive mindset, chill vibes and efficiency. Thankful for this new beginning I'm going through even when things out of my control change my plans. I welcome them with more curiosity and accept them as challenges that life throws at me. Sometimes it's very hard stuff but it's an opportunity to choose what feels right inside.
