Trying to make better fast food choices? 🍔🤔

McDonald’s
The Egg McMuffin is actually a pretty solid breakfast option. Good protein, reasonable calories, and usually a better choice than pastries or pancakes 🍳

Tim Hortons
The Farmer’s Wrap is a much better breakfast choice than donuts or muffins. For lunch, the Turkey Bacon Club is a solid option with decent protein ☕

Subway
Grilled chicken or turkey sandwiches loaded with vegetables are usually your best bet. Just be mindful of how much sauce you add 🥪

Wendy’s
The chili is surprisingly high in both protein and fibre, which makes it one of the better options on the menu 🌶️

Poulet Rouge
A bowl with chicken, rice, and vegetables is honestly one of the best fast food meals you can get 🍗🥗

If you have to eat out, it’s never going to be perfect. Just try to make the best choice you can 👍

Still dealing with pain that just keeps coming back? 🤔

A lot of people end up just managing it. Stretching, massage, heat, ice… sometimes it helps for a bit, but if the pain keeps returning, there’s usually something else going on 😮💨

A lot of lingering pain comes down to weakness, poor movement, or one area working overtime because something else isn’t doing its job. When you start strengthening the right areas and moving better, your body stops having to compensate 🏋️♂️

That’s when pain starts to actually improve and stays away!

A lot of the time, weight loss isn’t about one “bad” meal — it’s about how small choices add up throughout the day!

A coffee and pastry here, a snack there, takeout for dinner… none of these foods are a problem on their own, but they can add up faster than we realize 🍣☕🍦

That doesn’t mean you need to cut out the foods you enjoy! The goal is simply to be more aware of what and how much you’re eating so you can make adjustments when needed.👍

Trying to eat perfectly every day often backfires ⚠️

When people try to be “perfect,” they usually cut out all treats and stick to clean meals all week. But over time, that level of restriction becomes hard to maintain. Energy drops, cravings build, and by the end of the week it often leads to overeating or falling off track. ⚖️

A small treat during the week doesn’t ruin progress. In most cases, it actually helps people stay consistent long-term by making the plan more realistic and sustainable. 🍫

What matters most is what you can actually stick to long-term 📊

T’as manqué quelques entraînements cette semaine? 🤔

More cardio isn’t the answer when progress stalls — it usually just drains your energy and consistency 🏃

The real shift is building a balanced plan with strength training, smart cardio, and proper recovery so results actually last 📈

Confused about which bread to buy? 🍞🤔

You don’t need to overthink it. A good place to start is checking the ingredients and looking for whole wheat as the first ingredient. That usually means more fiber, which can help keep you fuller for longer 👍

It also helps to keep things simple. Shorter ingredient lists are often a good sign, and whole wheat pitas or wraps can be great options if you want something easy to portion for meals or snacks 🌯

Bread can absolutely be part of your diet — You just need to pick the best option for you!

Not seeing results even though you train and eat “right”? 🤔

Sometimes the problem isn’t effort — it’s how your week is set up. Planning your workouts ahead of time, having at least a rough plan for meals, and balancing harder days with easier ones can make staying consistent way easier 🗓️🍱

It also helps to zoom out and look at the full week. One missed workout or extra snack won’t ruin your progress. What matters most is getting back on track and staying consistent over time 👍
