Going with a nice, simple flavour this week packed with extra nutrients from prefermented red finger millet and buckwheat flour in a base of whole wheat & unbleached hard white AP with a touch of wildflower honey.

Available as boules, batards, and loaves/mini loaves.

Tho’ not partaking Georgie-boy still says YUM! πŸ˜‰

Hello!

For tomorrow we’ll be having Clementine w/ Rosemary Roasted Pecans on the savoury side. Available as boules, batards, and either standard or mini loaves.

A request was made for biscotti, so keeping in the holiday spirit we have a sourdough Gingerbread Walnut version. Made w/ lactofermented fresh ginger, blackstrap molasses, buckwheat honey, all the holiday spices, and omega rich walnuts. Perfect dunked in chai tea, hot chocolate, or coffee on Christmas morning! Available in either small bags (6-8) or large (12-16).

Looking forward to seeing you Saturday morning!

It’s that time of year! Our 2024 Holiday flavours have been set, a Sourdough Gingerbread w/ blackstrap molasses, fermented fresh ginger, and all the holiday spices. On the savoury side we have a Clementine Oat with fermented clementine zest, rosemary, and rosemary roasted pecans.

Available at the Holiday Market this weekend at Ashtanga Yoga as mini-loaves, and next weekend as full sized loaves, boules, and batards.

I’ll have fresh baked bagels at the Holiday Market, definitely the classic β€˜Lila’, and possibly the gingerbread above. Ho, ho, ho! πŸ§‘β€πŸŽ„

Brown butter and maple cinnamon-less cinnamon brioche rolls, and bagel-ized bites of the same dough that were given a maple syrup/water boil, then glazed with maple brown butter as soon as they were outta the oven. 😊
