What thought keeps popping into your mind everytime you want to work on your fitness? We all have some things that will creep up into our brains when we're making a new resolution... "I don't have time", "I'll start next Monday"... "I'm too tired", "It's raining today, I'll go tomorrow".... whatever pops into your mind to justiffy starting later, this post is your sign to THROW THESE AWAY. Death cleanse them!
