As you all know 21st June is celebrated as International Yoga day.

When: 6.30 PM
Where: Top of Mount Royal

Come join us on top of Mount Royal for 1 hour of Vinyasa Yoga and after yoga we can do some free style dance or sing some songs totally optional but I’m sure it’ll be so much fun.

We are also encouraging attendees to only bring a minimum of personal belongings (e.g. bag containing personal items, a water bottle, a yoga mat, a towel, blocks, straps, and a big smile).Masks are not required as this class will take place outside but we encourage everyone to bring one just in case.

All levels are welcomed. We'll provide you with different variations you can go at your own

Please arrive 5-10 minutes early.
If you come later, get in peacefully without disturbing practice or your neighbor.The same thing leave quietly in Savasana 🙂In case of rain possibilities > 50%, we'll cancel the event. I'll post updates on the meetup so stay updated.can't wait to see you outdoors.
