In 2012 we realized one of our longtime goals by successfully changing Ambaa Yoga to a not-for-profit yoga and wellness centre now called “Fondation Ambaa”. What this means is that all profits go straight back into the centre in the form of subsidies for classes. There is so much you can do to feel fabulous in your body, mind & soul. Cogeco released a chair yoga class in the therapeutic series this week. This class will be especially useful for those of you sit for extended periods of time or have limited mobility. Never stop moving! A special thanks to my beautiful students and the crew in Ste Adele to help make this video library so everyone can have access to this ancient healing art for free whenever and wherever they need. 🙏
