From watching matches together to talking about our favorite wrestlers, those moments helped shape who I am today. They inspired my love for the business, my journey with After The Slam, and everything I do in pro wrestling.

Thank you for the lessons, the laughs, the support, and for always being there. No matter how old I get, I’ll always be grateful for everything you’ve done for me.

Growing up as a wrestling fan, there were a lot of great tag teams, but for me, The Hart Foundation will always be near the top of the list.

Bret Hart and Jim “The Anvil” Neidhart had everything—chemistry, charisma, championship gold, and a style that made them stand out from everyone else. They weren’t just a tag team; they were a brotherhood that helped shape my love for professional wrestling.

The pink and black. The attitude. The excellence. Every time they stepped into the ring, you knew you were watching something special.

One of my all-time favorite tag teams and a true example of what tag team wrestling should be.

A moment that hooked me as a wrestling fan and still stands the test of time nearly 30 years later.

This picture means more to me than words can describe.

Before the podcast. Before commentary. Before Pit Fight Wrestling. Before any of the opportunities I’ve been blessed with in this business… there was a little kid who believed in Hulkamania.

As I always say on After The Slam, Hulk Hogan was the man who made me fall in love with professional wrestling. Watching him as a kid made me dream. It made me believe in larger-than-life characters, unforgettable moments, and the magic that only wrestling can create.

That passion never left. It grew into a lifelong love for this industry, eventually leading me to become a commentator, interviewer, promoter, and host of After The Slam.

Looking at this photo reminds me that every journey starts somewhere. Mine started with a red bandana, a yellow shirt, and a dream.

Never stop believing in the things that inspire you as a child. Sometimes they end up shaping your entire future.

Thank you, Hulk Hogan, for being the spark that started it all.
