Some big gains for my client, Steven.

Vegan bulking season in full force 💪🏼
My goal:
✅ Gain 8lbs in 12 weeks
✅ Stay relatively lean. Adding a bit of body fat in the process is normal.
✅ Bench 225lbs within the 12 weeks
✅ Make my b***y bigger. Like Kim K vibes.

What you do MOST of the time matters.
Your workouts don’t need to be perfect.
Your food doesn’t need to be perfect.
Perfection doesn’t exist and you definitely don’t need to aim for it.
Do this instead:
Be consistent. Show up for yourself regularly.
If you feel like you messed up, just move forward. Don’t dwell in it.
It’s how you move on that dictates how you’ll succeed.
1 missed workout won’t ruin your progress. 1 “bad” meal won’t set you back.
Just like 1 great workout doesn’t get you jacked and 1 “good” meal doesn’t achieve your goal.
It’s the consistency that counts over time.
