rch, 9400 Rue Lajeunesse, Montréal, QC H2M 1S4 running Martial Arts classes for children over 5yrs of age, on Saturdays from 3pm-5pm. We are now running classes also at 4677, Ave Van Horne on Fridays from 5pm-7pm and at 4806, Boul Saint-Jean, Montreal, QC, H9H 4B2 on Saturdays from 11:15am-1pm. Classes are run by Chief Instructor- Sensei Bawa Jeyathasan, Sensei Nagarajah Reginold and Visiting Instructor Sensei Manoharan Sinnathambi. We follow an international syllabus (Okinawa Traditional Martial Arts) that includes; Kihon (Basics), Kata, Kumite and other Techniques. We also get students involved in special exercises to improve; Flexibility, Fitness, and Cardio. These classes will also help stundents build descipline, self-control, mental strength, self confidence, energy levels and overall personality. GKMO-KOJF Montreal Karate School Students participated in the International Open Tournament hosted by Shiva Fighters – on April 23rd, 2017 at Brampton Soccer Centre in Ontario where they managed to secure 2 gold, 2 silver and 3 bronz medals
