Another great leg finisher the dumbbell split squat is one of my favourites for single leg work great for stability in each leg also. There’s no magic exercise or way to train the key is consistency and having specific goals on my part it’s feeling strong and really controlling heavy weight with stability and intensity without having any pain and doing the right range of motion not to cause any unwanted damage or inflammation 💥 that’s my recipe to success with all my clients!

Strength is weakness leaving your body whenever you are in the gym strength is the way to go forget fancy exercises just put in the hard work no one will do it for you but yourself!
