Are some people born with fantastic balance? Maybe, but so what. We all have to learn to do the best with the cards we've been dealt, not the ones we wish we got. And the simple fact is, no matter what you were born with, for most people, it isn't as good at 60 as it was at 20.

So do we throw up our hands in despair and retire to the couch when things start to get a little wobbly? Well that's one choice. But what if you feel there's still a bit of juice in the ol' lemon and getting out and about is more your cup of tea? The question then becomes, how do you make the best with what you've got?

Join this winter's Fitness Over Fifty class which starts in just 5 days on Sunday, Feb 23. It features yours truly along with Rocky Snyder and JP Gloria, WORLD CLASS guides to helping you improve balance in motion. (Possible guest appearance from Millie, the wonder dog)
