A new chance at life … 🥹

Honestly one of the craziest transformation I’ve witnessed so far. This young woman (19y/o) came to me to start working out. She had never been to a gym, so I taught her everything I could through in person coaching. Till she was able to train on her own, we then switched to online coaching and believe it or not, this is when it shifted. She followed the calorie deficit, did all of her workouts and HOURS of cardio. She didn’t complain ONCE.
We reached the 7 months mark of her weight loss journey and decided to do a short “maintenance” phase, up her calories to boost her metabolism and build some muscle mass - which we’re still doing at the moment - we also reduced cardio by HALF and she is still losing around 1 pound of body fat every two weeks. We are taking this wins at her advantage so we can possibly keep her calories higher for the next “cutting” phase starting in November.
