February was a challenging month — sickness, bad weather, and life lifing 😅 — so I fell a bit short on some of my goals. But March is a reset, and I’m coming for it 💪🏾✨

Here’s what I did accomplish:

🧘🏾‍♀️ Meditated 26/28 days (goal: 50 consecutive days)
💧 Averaged 1L of water daily (goal: 2L)
🏃🏾‍♀️ Ran 4x (goal: 12x/month)
📚 Read 30 minutes daily FINALLY finished the book Medical Apartheid - very emotional read (adjusted goal from pages to time — much better!)
🎶 Taught 41 classes (goal: 40 ✔️)
📞 Weekly friend/colleague check-ins (adjusted from in-person to phone/in-person — flexibility wins)

Not perfect, but still progress. Consistency with grace.

March… we’re making it count 🔥🌱

From hip-hop and R&B to pop and house music, come dance to legendary and contemporary Black musicians who have shaped the sound of today.

Expect high-energy vibes and a dance floor that won’t stop moving. Whether you’re here to groove, connect, or celebrate Black excellence, this is a dance class you won’t want to miss!
