SHOULDER MOBILITY.
If you experience back pain or compensation when performing an overhead press, it could be due to a lack of mobility in your Lats. That'll make it difficult for your Arms to press upwards naturally. You'll either pop your chest up, putting pressure on your lower back or you'll push up and forward, putting pressure on your rotator cuff.

Follow these tips on foam rolling your Lats. Get them loose and before you know it, you'll be pressing up like a boss!

As a stability exercise, overhead Lunges or Step Downs will isolate your quads and hamstrings by keeping the upper body controlled under the weight. This forces your core to fully contract. The move also engages the stabilizers in your shoulders, making this an amazing exercise to add to your routine.

LANDMINE PRESS (With Pentagon Bar Attachment.)

The Pentagon Bar comes with Ball'n'Socket Handles.
This creates more fluid transitions (Like cleans, etc.) in different types of exercises, making it easier on the Wrists, Elbows and Shoulder Joints.

A beautiful piece of equipment that compliments more complex movements. (Like Squats, Power Cleans, Deads, etc)
