And I've even used it myself! π€¦πΌββοΈ If I had waited until I stopped procrastinating, I might not be where I am today.

It's not too late. Really. If you had a goal to get in shape in 2024, you still have time!
Sure, half the year is gone, but it's not too late to get started or boost your efforts.
Here are 3 simple actions you can take right now to move forward on this project:
βοΈ Action 1: Set a SMART goal. Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-Bound. Instead of just saying, "I want to exercise more," say, "I will work out for 30 minutes, 3 times a week, for the next 6 months."
βοΈ Action 2: Find an activity you enjoy. If you hate running, don't force yourself to do it. There are countless ways to get active. Try dancing, swimming, hiking, or joining a sports team.
βοΈ Action 3: Schedule your workouts. Treat them like any other important appointment. Put them in your calendar and stick to the plan.

This is a fantastic opportunity for seniors in the Montreal area to improve their overall health and well-being. The class is designed to help participants, regardless of language, improve their strength, balance, coordination, and reduce stress and anxiety. It's also a great way to meet new people!
Classes will be offered in both French and English! οΈ
