Chez 𝗩𝗟𝗠, la mission est claire : redonner à chaque Mama le soutien, la force et l’équilibre qu’elle mérite, du désir de grossesse jusqu’au postpartum et au-delà 🌿 Fondée par 𝗩𝗮𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗮 𝗟𝘂𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗶, ancienne athlète professionnelle et experte en santé périnatale, VLM accompagne les femmes avec une approche holistique alliant mouvement, nutrition, mindset et communauté ✨

Le Club des Mamans Postpartum est né de cette vision : créer un espace chaleureux et bienveillant où les mamas peuvent bouger, se ressourcer et échanger en toute authenticité 🤎 Que ce soit par des classes adaptées, des marches communautaires, des ateliers ou simplement la présence d’un village de femmes solidaires, le Club rappelle que personne ne devrait traverser le postpartum seule.

🌸 Parce qu’élever un enfant demande un village… et que chaque Mama mérite d’être entourée, entendue et soutenue avec douceur.

Things I’m NOT buying into as a new Mama (and postpartum specialist). 👀✨

Let’s be real — the pressure placed on new mothers is exhausting.

From “bouncing back” to looking like we have it all together, the unrealistic expectations run deep. But in this space, we choose truth over performance, softness over hustle, and healing over hiding.

🤎 We’re not bouncing back — we’re rebuilding.
🤎 We’re not pretending it’s easy — we’re saying it out loud.
🤎 We’re not chasing gold stars — we’re asking for help.
🤎 We’re not racing back — we’re reclaiming rest.
🤎 We’re not buying the perfect nursery — we’re choosing what’s real.
🤎 We’re not striving to be perfect — we’re learning that good enough is everything.

If you needed someone to say: “Hey Mama, you’re allowed to slow down. You’re allowed to feel. And no, you’re not alone” — this is it.

🍼 “Enjoying the cuddles… and getting fed my protein balls + homemade electrolyte water.” 🤎

This newborn mama just stepped into her postpartum chapter with support — and it’s making all the difference in the biggest life transition a woman knows.

“I LOVE the part about mental health. I think it’s so important.
Even though when you’re in it and struggling, it’s hard…
it’s nice to have a place that says: ‘This is totally normal — we’re here for you, and it will pass.’”
