PF Chang’s style lettuce wraps 🥬
🍴Ingredients:
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 pound ground chicken
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 onion, diced
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger
1 tablespoon Sriracha, optional
2 green onions, thinly sliced
Salt and ground black pepper, to taste
1 head lettuce

All you need is to cut the chicken in cubes, marinate it in olive oil and shawarma spice (I also add some paprika and maybe sriracha) for 4 hours, then throw those bad boys on the BBQ!!!
