Welcome to ADonna's weekly Dose Workouts (AWDWs)
These are designed to help you achieve your health and fitness goals in a fun and timely manner.
The workouts are motivating, innovative, challenging and safe (M.I.C.S. Training Program). The โSuper Charged Man Maker Exerciseโ
is a full body compound exercise that works multiple muscle groups simultaneously. If you donโt have a lot of time to workout incorporate this exercise and you will get a great bang for your buck!
Complete 5 to 10 reps:
1) start with holding dumbbells at your side and do a Burpee (if you are learning the exercise use light weights or no dumbbells)
2) plank dumbbell row right arm, abs engaged with legs straddled for strong base of support, donโt rotate torso
3) push-up (on toes or modified on knees)
4) plank dumbbell row left arm
5) push-up
6) feet jump forward, lift dumbbells by shrugging shoulders, make sure to fully extend hips while doing the squat clean, lower into a squat
7) lift dumbbells to overhead press, fully extending elbows, biceps finish close to ears

Our First challenge is HERE!
You will need a kettlebell (or heavy a dumbbell 10-30 lbs), jump rope, mat & camera (if you would like to enter into our friendly competition for the prize your workout will need to be recorded on your phone to validate your time and video emailed to [email protected])
This makes it more fun and challenging as you work harder in a competition. Remember you can just do the workout for fun and you donโt have to record it. It will be bad either way.... lol!!!!
The prize will be announced before we start the challenge.
