My Day One vs One Day.
It took me two years to get to this stage. I went through so much inner battle. I shed so many tears, constant mental battle of "am I skinny enough" , "I'm still fat" and so many more things. In the last two years, I've changed and grew so much as a person.
I've learnt a lot about myself. Setting boundaries to everyone but especially to myself. I learned to love and appreciate myself more. I am so proud of I've accomplished.
My progress is not linear and so is yours. Be kind and be patient to yourself.

Done with our FIRST GROUP CLASS! I'm so proud of these ladies ( Tita Vilma Osena is missing in the picture but she was with us during the class). They got their body moving and boosting their mood 🩷💜🩵🩷
