On Thursday, February 16 from 8:15-9am, I'll be starting a new session of Core Express, my weekly online small group training class. 💪

It's 45-minutes of everything core, ranging from glutes and hips, to back and shoulders, with a special concentration on abs. Get ready to go slow, and really feel the burn!
Workouts can be done with or without equipment in whatever space you have. Just bring yourself, and expect I'll make some really lame jokes throughout. 🤪

It's 6 sessions, taking a break on March 2, and ending on March 30. Each class is $15 per person.
