- TEAM ROSTERS ARE FINAL & NO ADDITIONAL PLAYERS CAN BE ADDED.

- AT LEAST HALF OF TEAM'S TOTAL REGISTRATION MUST BE PAID BY/BEFORE JANUARY 11TH (FULL BALANCE DUE MARCH 21ST). IF HALF IS NOT PAID BY JANUARY 11TH, TEAMS WILL FORFEIT GAMES UNTIL PAYMENT IS MADE.

- UNIFORM RULES COME INTO EFFECT IN THE NEW YEAR.
1) PLAYER MUST WEAR EITHER THE ORIGINAL TEAM JERSEY OR SAME/MAIN COLORED TOP AS THE ORIGINAL
2) PLAYER MUST HAVE THEIR OWN UNIQUE # ON THEIR JERSEY, TEAMMATES CANNOT HAVE THE SAME #
3) JERSEY WITH NO # COUNTS AS #0
**OPPOSING TEAM WILL BE AWARDED 5 POINTS FOR EACH PLAYER THAT PLAYS FOR NOT FOLLOWING RULES ABOVE**

IMPORTANT: Please use the MAIN ENTRANCE AT ALL TIMES AT ALL GYM FACILITIES during the PBAM winter season. Failure to do so will result in gym cancellations. Thank you for your cooperation.
