Customized training for every client. No one person is made the same, so why should they train the same. The brand new facility is located in the heart of NDG, and is equipped with top of the line equipment. We also offer 1 on 1 private training and nutritional coaching.

I chose Paradigm primarily because I was seeking a personalized and intense training program right in my neighborhood, rather than a generic gym experience. My motivation for prioritizing my health stems from witnessing the challenges faced by friends and acquaintances as they age. Seeing some fall ill or experience heart issues made me realize the importance of maintaining an active and healthy lifestyle as I grow older. What I cherish most about coming to Paradigm is the personal interaction with both the trainers and fellow members during our training sessions. With only four members per session and consistent attendance, we've built strong relationships that make workouts genuinely enjoyable.
Fun facts, I'm a music-a-holic. I firmly believe that while exercise benefits both our physical and mental well-being, music is great for the soul. Whether it's any genre, as long as the music is good, I'm all ears.
Lastly, having spent around 18 months at Paradigm, I'd like to express my heartfelt gratitude to Jean and the entire training team. Their guidance and support have been instrumental in my significant fitness improvements. Thank you!
