A chapter is coming to a close.

12 years, thousands of memories, hundreds of new friends. Experiences I wouldn't have gotten anywhere else.

I don't know if I ever really contemplated this day, but now that it's on the horizon. I just wanted to give thanks.

I want y'all to know that I approached every class with the same dedication and love. I took pride in watching most of you master movements, and get comfortable struggling, and attacking workouts. Even those of you who have moved on to other fitness challenges and communities, I'm proud of all of you. whether you were here or somewhere else, we're always family. I'm always one message away, and I'm always here to help.

I really can't express how special Biner really is to me, it will always be a place close to my soul.

Starting Feb 1st. I'll be offering online coaching and training plans through the everfit app. 3-4 workouts a week, video examples of every exercise, and one in person meeting/ workout included to evaluate and adjust your plan as you need.

Every workout will be tailored to your needs and goals. You can also add videos of yourself working to get direct feedback after sessions.

If you're unable to get to the gym, or just have all you need at home and just need a plan to help you reach those goals you've set for yourself, dm me and let's get you fit for 2025!
