I will be doing the Monday and Wednesday classes exclusively and alternating the Saturday classes with Nick.
The last little while I’ve been seeing many video’s of people doing really advance exercises or/and routines. Though they are very impressive, you don’t need to do that to be in shape. Training with the right amount of intensity and being consistent will get the job done. Even with basic exercises.
Here is a tip which I found very true: If you are trying to clean up your diet make sure you get enough sleep and rest. It’s been shown that people who don’t sleep/rest enough tend to make more bad food choices when they eat.
