I worked out with over 150 people today…

Yup you read that right, I did a live workout with over 150 people and I didn’t have to leave my home. That’s one of the things I love about this platform, you get to workout with other people, we motivate each other to get the workout done.

Surrounding yourself with positive, like-minded people is so important. Not only does it help you in your fitness journey but it also can help you in other areas of your life.

Are you a cat or dog person?

This is Honey and Maple, they are twins. This year they will be 8 years old!! I can’t believe how fast time flies. I swear it feels like just yesterday we got them at the animal shelter. Their lives have chosen much since the birth of our baby. So we make a point to show them extra love every night after the baby goes to bed.

I want you all to hold me accountable so I’m sharing my before picture.

I took this picture at the start of my fitness journey this year. This is what 7 months postpartum looks like on me. Normally I would never share such pictures because honestly I’m embarrassed but sharing them with you will give me the motivation and accountability to keep going. Currently I’m on round 2 of my program and feeling good about my results… stay tuned.

What do you do for accountability? How did you loose you pregnancy weight? If your sitting at home and need motivation to get yourself into shape then this is your sign. Don’t waste your time. Our children deserve the best version of us.

Let’s talk about POSITIVITY!!!

Having a positive outlook in life, makes a huge difference in how your day plays out. Here’s a story- prior to becoming a mom I would let all the negative stuff affect me (eg-negative thoughts, negative feelings etc..). This would affect not only my personal life but also my professional life. Then after getting pregnant I learned how everything we feel is also felt by the baby and I didn’t want him to get my bad qualities so I made a conscious effort to be more be positive. It’s not only important to think positively but also believe positive things will happen to you. The more you think positively the more good things will happen to you. Also, you’ll be so busy thinking positively you won’t have time for other peoples negativity to affect you.

One of the things that has helped me so much is this community of awesome individuals. We all workout together, motivate each other, cheer each other on, celebrate each other, and help each other when one of us is feeling down. That’s why I’m so passionate about it and would love others to join me. We all need that positivity in our lives. The fact that this community is also a place where you can get your fitness and nutrition on track is honestly just a bonus. The best part is the friends they you make along the way.

14 years ago - 6am at Santa Monica beach. No matter how hard you train you will not build A high-rise if you don't have the foundation which obviously it's your legs. To stay in this shape for that many years do you have to be obsessed, determined, visionary, and I have to admit little crazy. There's a reason that easy come easy go but hard work always pays off even when the ending result it's not like you want it to. EASE is the enemy of progress!!!! No matter what you do this is a life lesson and not some guy on the beach with that posing trunk...
