Written goals help me see, track and celebrate my progress. They help me make the changes that really improve my quality of life. They give life more meaning.

I love writing my monthly goals and checking them off as the month goes by. It helps me put in place the habits and practices that support my well-being, my work and my life.

Some can take months to accomplish or see the desired outcome. And every month takes you closer to results.

Wishing a happy, warm and safe Thanksgiving to our American neighbors! The fall harvest festival is celebrated on the fourth Thursday in November in the US and the second Monday in October in Canada. For now all borders are closed between us for non-essential travel. I look forward to seeing my American family and friends someday again.
